Yes. Care plans cover sites we build and host ourselves, because that is the only way we can stand behind the updates, backups and monitoring. If your site is hosted elsewhere, we can look at moving it across.
Yes, simple text and image edits are covered. There is no hard limit - as a guide, we allow roughly two hours of edits a month on average, and we are flexible when a month needs more. New pages and features are quoted separately. Many owners find it quicker to send changes to us than to learn an editor.
Our monitoring alerts us when the site stops responding, and we start working on it. If something has broken badly, we can restore it from the most recent daily backup.
