1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging the services of Atom Sites Ltd ("we", "us", "Atom Sites"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Atom Sites Ltd is registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16234078).

2. Services

We provide web design, development, search engine optimisation, and related digital services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines are agreed in writing prior to commencement of each project.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit of 50% of the agreed project fee is required prior to commencement of work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before the website is made live. For ongoing services (such as SEO retainers), payment is due in advance on a monthly basis.

We reserve the right to suspend work if payments are not received in accordance with these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full and final payment, ownership of the custom design and content created by Atom Sites for your project transfers to you. We retain the right to use completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and any other materials required to complete the project. Delays caused by late provision of materials may result in revised delivery timelines and additional costs.

6. Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed in your project proposal. Significant changes to the agreed scope of work may be subject to additional charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice. In the event of termination, you are liable for payment for all work completed to that point. Deposits are non-refundable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
