No. We're Swindon-based but most of our work is done remotely. We've built sites for clients across Wiltshire, the South West, and as far as London. If you're local we're happy to meet in person.

Every site ships with a 30-day warranty covering any functional issues - if something breaks, we fix it. Copy changes, content tweaks and other non-functional updates aren't included in the warranty; those sit under our maintenance and support packages.

Yes. We'll audit what you have, tell you honestly whether it's worth keeping or rebuilding, and migrate cleanly either way. We've migrated sites off Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy builders, ancient WordPress installs, and a few unmentionable platforms.

Yes - we can do SEO on your existing site. We can't promise the same results we'd get from a clean foundation, but we'll suggest changes to your other team and work with them as best we can to get the most out of what's there.

Generally speaking it's super flexible and adaptable to your situation - we'll work with what you can manage. We do need some form of upfront commitment to get the project moving, but the rest we'll shape around you.

Every site we build is engineered to rank - fast Core Web Vitals, semantic HTML, structured data, and an SEO-ready foundation. "Will it rank for [keyword]?" is a different question, and depends on competition, content, and time invested. We're honest about it on every project.

Most clients have us handle updates for them - it's faster, cheaper than you'd think, and you don't have to worry about breaking anything. If you'd rather edit it yourself we can build on WordPress (or a custom site editor) and include a 30-min training session plus written guides for the bits you'll forget.
